Most of my design decisions are backed by user behavior—then I like to add a bit of soul to it. Data and marketing psychology guide my iterations and helps me set clear goals to optimize the experience for conversion.
📌 Example: While working on PlantX Canada, I used analytics to improve the information hierarchy, tailoring UX to local browsing habits and boosting retention through aligned content and keywords.

📌 Example: At Bloombox UK, I led the design of responsive wireframes focused on plant lovers shopping online, optimizing product discovery and navigation across devices.

Before anything goes live, I prototype and test ideas to validate flows and interactions.
📌 Example: For Bloombox France, I created mobile-first layouts and prototyped checkout journeys in both French and English to reduce drop-off and friction.

4. e-Commerce
I specialize in Digital Operations and commerce-focused UX, from DTC to B2B, delivering localized experiences, smooth checkout flows, and user-friendly carts that build trust and simplify purchases for each target market.
📌 Example: I translated and redesigned the Bloombox France Subscription flow for the francophone market, ensuring a tailor-made experience, seamless checkout, and intuitive cart design.

I collaborate closely with developers to connect Shopify stores with dropshipping systems using APIs and custom middleware.
📌 Example: For Bloombox Club’s UK, Spain, and France stores, I partnered with the dev team to support the UX around a custom private app that synchronized inventory and order data between Shopify and our plant suppliers.
